The Constellations Fellowship Program empowers college students and recent graduates to begin their climate careers through paid, remote internships with Keeling Curve Prize Finalists and Laureates — some of the most effective climate organizations in the world.

Each Fellow receives a $1,000 stipend, providing equitable opportunities for young professionals while strengthening the capacity of climate solutions organizations.
As federal climate funding declines, we’re turning to our community to help grow this vital program.

By "Giving Forward" from now until December 20 you can help launch emerging climate leaders, innovators, and changemakers into a world that desperately needs them.

Being a Constellations Fellow was one of the most empowering moments of my journey as a young leader. The program provides a rare balance of intentional mentorship, real-world impact, and a deeply affirming community. From day one, I felt seen, supported, and trusted to contribute meaningfully. Through my placement with a values-aligned organization, I was able to grow professionally while also anchoring my work in purpose. What stood out most was the care Climate Curve brings to every detail—whether it's the weekly check-ins, reflective sessions, or the incredible cohort of peers from around the world. If you're looking for a fellowship that centers justice, joy, and genuine growth, Constellations is it. I'm leaving the program more confident, connected, and committed to driving change. Highly recommended for emerging leaders ready to step into their power and be part of a global movement!

About the Program

Born in 2020, during the global shutdown, the Constellations Fellowship was created to ensure that students and recent graduates could continue advancing their climate careers — even when the world stood still.
