Charmmie Park (she/her)
Development and Operations Specialist
Charmmie Park is a Development and Operations Specialist at Climate Curve. Charmmie's career defies a single label, which is precisely her strength: across art, fashion, and technology, she has learned to move fluidly between industries, cultures, and communities, picking up a diverse set of skills along the way. She began working in art galleries across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Berlin before joining SFMOMA, where she supported exhibition logistics while working closely with the development team on donor strategy and event planning. She went on to found her own high-fashion sales agency representing emerging designers, and later, while at a technology startup, helped launch a mentorship program pairing the company's engineers with young Black men from The Hidden Genius Project, a nonprofit that trains and mentors Black male youth in coding, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
That range has made Charmmie an adaptable, globally minded connector, comfortable navigating unfamiliar rooms and bringing people together around a shared cause. She brings that same instinct to Climate Curve: finding the right people, sharing what she believes in, and helping them invest in it too. Outside of work, she continues as a sustainable stylist, advising clients on shopping secondhand and vintage. She lives in the mountains of Durango, Colorado, with her husband and dog, staying close with her two stepkids, and spends as much time as possible skiing, hiking, and favoring a plant-forward, locally sourced diet.
