eVerse.AI Pvt Ltd
Carbon Analyst Fellow
About the Organization:
eVerse.AI is a climate tech company on a mission to decarbonize livestock. GreenCow, our environmental platform, closes the loop on livestock methane, from measurement to farmer income, built for smallholder dairy farmers across Asia. At its core is the EV-CH4, our patented handheld methane sensor, the world's first non-contact device for dairy cattle. Field readings feed into our registry-grade dMRV platform, aligned with Verra's VM0041 methodology, and verified reductions become carbon credits, with 60% paid directly to farmers. Two flagship projects prove this model at scale. The Maharashtra Methane Mission (M3), run in formal partnership with the Maharashtra Livestock Development Board, is South Asia's first and the world's largest livestock methane project, now live on the Verra Registry, targeting 20 million animals. The Banas Methane Mission Program, with Banas Dairy, Asia's largest dairy cooperative, covers 3 million animals as Asia's first co-op-led methane program. Together, they demonstrate GreenCow's model works at both state and cooperative scale.
Fellowship Description:
Support GreenCow's carbon project pipeline across our two flagship Verra-registered projects, the Maharashtra Methane Mission and the Banas Methane Mission Program. The fellow will assist with VM0041 methodology documentation, emissions data analysis and quality checks, MRV report preparation ahead of VVB verification, and tracking project milestones from registration through to credit issuance.
Work will be done directly alongside our Director of Carbon, with exposure to real, live carbon market operations rather than theoretical case studies.
Qualifications:
Background or coursework in environmental science, sustainability, climate policy, or a related field; familiarity with carbon markets, GHG accounting, or MRV frameworks is a plus but not required; strong analytical and written communication skills; genuine interest in climate finance and agricultural emissions reduction.
Time Commitment: 30 hours per week
