Fellowship Description:
The Programs Fellow will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within Blooming World International. This includes assisting in project design, monitoring progress, collecting data, and preparing reports. The fellow will work closely with program teams to ensure activities are executed effectively and aligned with organizational goals. They will also support community engagement initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
Background or strong interest in project management, development studies, or social sciences
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is an advantage
Good analytical and report-writing skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Time Commitment: 30 hours / week
