Fellowship Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Intern to support our team’s daily workflows. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring organizational efficiency by supporting meeting logistics, assisting with contract administration, following reporting and supporting travel arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in international project management and organizational operations.

Key responsibilities include:
-Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings across different time zones.
-Contract Management: Assisting in the coordination of contracts and consultant agreements.
-Administrative Support: Providing general support for travel bookings, logistics, and expense reporting.
-Reporting: Helping with the collection of data for activity reports and project tracking.
-Presentations: Assisting in the creation and formatting of professional slide decks and documents.


Qualifications:
-Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
-High attention to detail, particularly in handling contracts and data reports.
-Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
-Previous experience in administrative roles or event planning is a plus.


Time Commitment: 20 hours / week
