Position Description:
As an Asset and Operations Management Intern at Oorja, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by helping in setting up of inventory management, procurement process, asset management and PCR setup at Zoho ERP along with updation of a few SOPs for internal control and risk management in coordination with Zoho ERP
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth by building internal systems and processes and supporting risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Help us to streamline the Zoho ERP migration along with Updation in Inventory Management, Procurement Process, Asset Updation, PCR Set up and Expense Management.
Settling down with the route which can take Customer Roster and Project Masterfile in Zoho itself
Producing SOPs for some Internal Control and Risk Management to be in line with Zoho ERP implementations.
Helping in preparing a full set up of how we can conduct Field, Stock, Internal and HR Audit
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Tally,working on google sheets using advanced version with formulae
Strong understanding of Inventory, Assets, Internal Control and Risk Management
Prior experience in working with Finance and Accounting
Eye for detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Bonus: Must have worked with some AI Tool or with Zoho itself
Time Commitment: 30 hours/week
