Fellowship Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Grants and Administrative Intern to support the Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring organizational efficiency by supporting the organization and management of documentation related to approved grants, helping ensure smooth internal processes and compliance with requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international projects and administrative operations, as well as learn about zero emission mobility in cities.
Key responsibilities include:
-Supporting the organization and maintenance of grant-related documentation
-Assisting with the preparation of documents for agreements and internal processes
-Helping track basic deadlines and requirements for ongoing grants
-Providing general administrative support, including document management and coordination
-Assisting with presentations and internal materials when needed
Qualifications:
-Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
-High attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
-Previous experience in administrative roles.
Time Commitment: 20 hours / week
