Fellowship Description:
This fellowship position is a unique opportunity to shape ElectricFish's voice and digital presence, focusing directly on social media, market impact, and customer conversion. The Fellow will dive into our ecosystem to translate our technical mission into a strong, clear brand narrative that connects with our audience.
The central goal is to use strategic communication and visual (digital) impact to engage and convert. We expect the Fellow to master modern tools and strategies to create impactful visual pieces and persuasive copy, ensuring our message of a resilient energy future not only resonates but also drives action.
Responsibilities:
-Support the development and execution of ElectricFish's branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels.
-Collaborate on creating and editing digital content (graphics and video) for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns.
-Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including monitoring engagement metrics.
-Research and identify new opportunities to reach and engage target audiences.
-Contribute creatively to communication and branding projects.
-Help maintain and evolve the brand's style guides and visual identity.
Qualifications:

-Strong interest in visual storytelling, digital communication, and brand building.
-Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
-Ability to think strategically and simplify complex concepts.
Education (Desired Educational Background):
-Graduates in Marketing, Communications, Design, Digital Media, or related fields.
Experience (Preferred Experience Level and Skills):
-Academic or professional experience in digital content strategy and creation (both visual and copy).
-Familiarity with branding principles and digital marketing strategy.
-Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
-(Desired) Experience or strong interest in B2B marketing strategies.
Miscellaneous (Additional Candidate Desires):
-Skilled in using generative AI tools to accelerate content (copy and visual) production.
-Photo and video editing capture capability.
