Fellowship Description:
The Fellow will support the implementation of climate-smart agriculture initiatives through research, data collection, field coordination, and documentation. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, supporting farmer engagement activities, assisting in developing training materials, analyzing program data, and contributing to reports and knowledge products that strengthen evidence-based programming.
Qualifications:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Climate Science, or related field
Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills
Familiarity with climate-smart agriculture, agroecology, or sustainable farming practices
Ability to support data collection and basic analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Time Commitment: 25-30 hours / week
