About the Organization:
(StC) is a free platform with teacher-designed lesson plans, curated resources, and professional development opportunities to enable all K-12 educators to easily integrate climate change into what they already teach.
Fellowship Description:
The Youth Engagement Lead Intern will help expand SubjectToClimate’s (StC) youth-centered work by amplifying student voices, growing the Youth Engagement Committee, and helping the organization learn directly from youth about what makes climate education meaningful. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about youth empowerment, climate solutions, and using research to drive impact.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively engage with diverse groups of young people, facilitate discussions, and collaborate across teams.
Self-Motivation and Independence: A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and approach challenges with courage and resilience.
Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think outside the box to design innovative and engaging approaches for youth participation and inclusion.
Time Commitment: 10-30 hours / week
