Emelyne Mitoma
Emelyne Mitoma (she/her) is a climate change educator and content writer based in Kigali, Rwanda, currently completing her Master of Science in Global Health Delivery at the University of Global Health Equity, with a focus on One Health approaches linking human, animal, and environmental health. Emelyne previously served as a Systems Fellow at Solar Sister, where she strengthened data management, financial reconciliation, and operational workflows supporting the organization's mission of empowering women entrepreneurs through clean energy access across Sub-Saharan Africa. She also worked as Education Content Writer and Program Officer at Think About Education in Rwanda (TER), developing instructional guides and curriculum-aligned resources for teachers and students. Through the Constellations Fellowship, Emelyne is currently working as an Education Content Writer Fellow at SubjectToClimate, where she contributes to building accessible climate education resources for K-12 teachers across subjects. She is especially interested in the intersection of public health, climate change, and education, and in making complex science understandable and actionable for everyday audiences.
