Pamela (Reece) Doss is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences with a minor in Sustainability and a concentration in Business and Natural Resource Management.

On campus, Reece was involved in various research labs as a research assistant, in addition to being an undergraduate teaching assistant for the course Introduction to Oceanography, and a Waste Engagement Intern for the Office of Campus Sustainability. Reece was a fellow in the ERB Fellowship for Business Sustainability and was the VP of Professional Development.

Off campus, Reece has had prior internships at corporations, start-ups, and consulting firms. Her experience ranges from corporate sustainability reporting to waste management and mitigation, as well as communication and outreach.

Having completed her final semester of college studying abroad in Sorrento, Italy, Reece is excited to continue her international experience by working with Kelp Blue Biotech as a Global Business Development Intern.
