I am Sushila Murmu (she/her) from India, currently pursuing an MSc in Environmental Policy & Management at the University of Bristol. I have experience across architecture, sustainability, and climate action, including ecological restoration, sustainability research, livelihoods and education, and circular economy initiatives in India.

I have led projects in heritage management, community mobilisation, and indigenous advocacy, with a focus on research, project management, and stakeholder engagement to build cross-sector partnerships and turn complex environmental challenges into inclusive, evidence-based solutions.
