Le Thanh An Pham
Pham Le Thanh An (she/her) is a second-year Digital Business student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in Vietnam. As the Operations & Finance Fellow at Pollinate Group, she conducts market research on new products and communities to support women micro-entrepreneurs in India and Nepal. Her interests lie where business, data, and sustainability meet, especially circular economy models, sustainable food systems, and climate-focused social enterprise. She founded a project that tackles food waste in Vietnam’s industrial zones by redistributing surplus meals to factory workers, which won First Runner-up at the RE:CITY Hackathon by ASEAN Youth Organization. She is also part of a student team turning multi-layer plastic waste and rice husk into low-cost building blocks, a project selected for the Trans-Pacific Sustainability Dialogue 2026 in Singapore. An hopes to become a business analyst who helps turn climate and social innovations into viable, scalable ventures across Southeast Asia.
