Juliana is an environmental engineer with experience at the intersection of climate policy, climate finance, and project delivery. She holds an MSc in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS).

She has supported complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from design through implementation. Her work has focused on building strategic partnerships, fostering cross-sector networks, coordinating events, and engaging diverse stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and advance sustainable action. She is particularly interested in ensuring that complex programmes translate into meaningful environmental and social impact.

Through her fellowship at C40, Juliana contributes to the development of projects that accelerate inclusive urban climate action in Colombia.
