Hiba Shaikh Ansari (she/her) is a final year student at Huron University College at Western University in Canada, completing a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Marketing, Sustainability, and Global Development. She is the Founder of EcoPatriot, a student led climate initiative under the United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Fellowship. Hiba has represented youth voices as a delegate and speaker at various United Nations and World Bank conferences in New York and Washington, DC. She was recognized by Desjardins Ontario Credit Union as one of the top three student leaders in Ontario for her impact across environmental, social, and governance issues. Her professional experience spans government relations and public policy, with a focus on renewable energy, sustainability, and parliamentary affairs. Hiba is interested in how policy, youth leadership, and community driven solutions can create lasting social and environmental change.
