Beatriz Sampaio (she/her) is a Brazilian sustainability professional with experience spanning climate consulting, public policy, and climate finance. She holds an MSc in Energy and Sustainability and a BA in History from Northwestern University.

Her work ranges from shaping municipal climate strategies and supporting regenerative agriculture initiatives to designing approaches that help businesses and communities move toward a low-carbon economy. She has also worked on climate finance projects, developing strategies to mobilize capital for sustainable solutions. Beatriz’s expertise centers on decarbonization, sustainable development, and building equitable pathways for transforming energy and food systems. She is particularly passionate about connecting research, practice, and community voices to accelerate climate action.

As a Business Development Fellow at Symbrosia, she looks forward to helping scale innovative solutions that advance climate impact.
