Ajay Pratap Singh is a Master of Science in Business Analytics student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he is developing expertise in data analytics, operations, and technology-enabled decision-making. He brings professional experience in project management, executive operations, vendor coordination, and business process improvement from his prior work in India. Ajay is currently an Asset and Operations Management Intern at Oorja Development Solutions, where he supports inventory management, procurement processes, asset management, Zoho ERP implementation, SOP development, and internal control initiatives. His interests include clean energy, climate-focused operations, sustainable business systems, and using data to improve organizational efficiency. Through the Constellations Fellowship, Ajay hopes to deepen his understanding of the climate sector while contributing an analytical and operations-focused perspective. He is especially interested in how technology, finance, and process design can help organizations build scalable solutions for climate and community impact.
