Foday Bangura is a Pan-African Sierra Leonean currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Entrepreneurial Leadership at the African Leadership University with a mission to Inspire ethical Leadership to promote Sustainable Development in Sierra Leone and Africa through politics.

Foday started as a child advocate at age 10, spending his entire childhood influencing policies and legislation in Sierra Leone, the African continent and globally. He was National Vice President of the Children's Forum Network which is Sierra Leone's umbrella child-led advocacy organization under the Ministry of Gender and Children's Affairs of Sierra Leone between age 16 to 18. Foday served as the Chairperson of the Multilateral Committee for the African Union-European Union Civil Society and Youth Forum on the sidelines of the 25 years of their institutional partnership. He's a co-author of the Children's Declaration Appeal of the New Global Financing Pact called for by President Emmanuel Macron in 2023. He was a child convener of the Inaugural African Children's and the first ever child-led Global Children's Climate Summits in 2023.

Foday has worn many hats over the years his most currents are; he's serving as the Sierra Leone's Youth Climate Negotiator to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the West African Regional Adviser to the African Union Child Participation Platform.
