Muhammad Al-Ameen

My name is Muhammad Al-amin Yusha’u (he/him), a cybersecurity student with a deep passion for storytelling, cultural heritage, and creative technology. I study at Air Force Insitute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, Nigeria. In my work, I explore the intersection of digital innovation and social impact. Alongside my technical pursuits, I’ve led and contributed to storytelling projects that center African voices, including work with the Kaduna Fashion and Arts Exhibition (KAFART), where I design narratives through visual and cultural expression. I’ve also served in leadership and volunteer roles that allowed me to organize events and amplify community stories. My past internship and project experiences span communications, educational outreach, and proctoring, each sharpening my commitment to equity and access. I’m passionate about using storytelling to bridge cultural gaps and imagine inclusive futures. Through the GWMP Fellowship, I look forward to deepening my advocacy and building global connections rooted in purpose and creativity.
