The Constellations Fellowship Program launches climate careers for college students and recent grads from around the world. It does this through paid, remote internships with Keeling Curve Prize and Climate Curve Prize: Methane Finalists and Laureates — some of the most effective climate organizations in the world.
By donating by December 4, you're not only impacting lives by developing the next generation of climate leaders, you're contributing to the critical work of organizations on the front lines of climate change.
The fellows and hosts are the stars. Your gift connects them.
Fellows who have received hands-on experience and career-building skills through the program.

Cutting-edge climate organizations who have hosted fellows, in turn gaining needed, ambitious talent to further their work.
While the program's mutually beneficial impact is proven, we need help sustaining its growth to touch more lives.
The Constellations Fellowship program gave me the opportunity to participate in an industry that I previously couldn’t see myself in. Working with Our Climate not only increased my knowledge of intersectional climate advocacy but also empowered me to believe that every person has a place within the movement.
