Allison Lin is the Global VP of Healthy Planet and Chief Circularity Officer at Mars, Inc., where she leads the cross-segment strategy, goals, and target development for Climate, Deforestation, Water, Land Use, and Packaging. She has spent the majority of her career driving sustainability initiatives through value chain collaboration at companies  such as P&G, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola. She sits on the board for VCA Charities, a nonprofit focused on animal rescue. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
